These stains are actually mold made up of microscopic fungi. In most cases, mold can be hazardous to health. This is why it is strongly advised to get rid of it as soon as possible.

Here are 6 effective solutions to chase away mold that is encrusted on the walls:

Bleach

This oxidizing liquid solution is formidable for getting rid of mold. First, dilute 100 ml of bleach in a liter of water. After mixing the liquid, let it sit for a few minutes.

The second step is to transfer the mixture into a spray bottle before spraying it on the walls concerned. Then leave it on for half an hour and scrub the stains with a brush. Finally, don't forget to rinse the wall and dry it. It is advisable to ventilate the room for about fifteen minutes.

White vinegar

It's no secret that white vinegar is a formidable ally for cleaning the house. This natural solution is also effective in eliminating mold. To do this, pour 300 ml of white vinegar into a spray bottle. Like bleach, mix the liquid with 200ml of water before spraying it on contaminated walls.

Leave on for two hours then rub the walls with a damp cloth.

Hyperoxide

Hydrogen peroxide (or hydrogen peroxide) will make quick work of mold stains. Spray a few drops of this colorless liquid on the walls to be cleaned. Use a clean cloth to rub the stains before rinsing everything off.

Soda crystals

Mix one cup of baking soda in one liter of hot water. Dip a sponge or a brush in this mixture then scrub the contaminated walls. Unsurprisingly, rinse with clear water once the operation is complete. Ventilate the room and you're done!

Ammonia

This aqueous solution is extremely effective in eradicating mold stains. Armed with your pair of gloves, impregnate a clean cloth with ammonia and rub the contaminated parts. As usual, rinse the walls before drying them.

Mix baking soda with white vinegar and apply the mixture to a clean sponge or cloth. Once the cleaning step is complete, let the solution act for about fifteen minutes.
